| Garlic, raw | 2½ teaspoons | 
| Salt, kosher | 1¼ teaspoons | 
| Tahini (pure sesame paste)(1¾ cups, 2 tablespoons) | 1.875 cups | 
| Water, cold(⅓ cup, 6½ teaspoons) | 0.468 cup | 
| Lemon Juice, raw(½ cup, 2 tablespoons) | 0.625 cup | 
| Oil, Olive, salad cooking(¾ cup, ½ tablespoon) | 0.781 cup | 
| Cumin, ground | 1¼ teaspoons | 
Instructions
Puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Taste for seasonings.
