| Garbanzo Beans, canned(4 pounds, 5 ounces) | 4.313 pounds |
| Garlic Cloves | 8 each |
| Salt, kosher | 1 teaspoon |
| Lemon Juice | ½ cup |
| Tahini | 1⅓ cup |
| Parsley, fresh, chopped | ⅔ cup |
| Cayenne Pepper | ⅓ teaspoon |
| Olive Oil | ⅓ cup |
| Water(2 tablespoons, 2 teaspoons) | 2.67 tablespoons |
Instructions
- Drain and grind garbanzo beans.
- Grind and combine all ingredients and chill to 40° F.
