Ingredients
| Cauliflower | 6 pounds |
| Oil, olive, salad or cooking | ½ cup |
| Bread crumbs, Italian | 2 cups |
| Garlic powder | 1 teaspoon |
| Salt, kosher | ½ teaspoon |
| Cheese, Parmesan, grated | ⅔ cup |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Combine cauliflower and olive oil in a large bowl/hotel pan. Toss to coat.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss well to combine.
- Pour onto baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until cauliflower is tender. Rotating half way through if needed.
