Ground turkey, raw | 7 pounds |
Oats, rolled | 7 cups |
Salt, kosher | ½ teaspoon |
Ketchup | 1¾ cups |
Mustard, dijon | 7 teaspoons |
Eggs, large | 7 each |
Oregano, dried | 4 tablespoons |
Parsley, fresh, chopped | 1½ cups |
Garlic paste | 5 tablespoons |
Onions, Spanish | 2 each |
Carrot, finely chopped or grated(½ pound) | 2 cups |
Ground pepper, fresh | 1 teaspoon |
Tamari | 1 teaspoon |
Instructions
- Mix beef, turkey, and oats.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Press into loaf pans or make individual ½-cup portions on a sheet tray lined by parchment paper.
- Bake at 350°F until cooked through and browned on top.
